1. The prize draw is open to all UK and ROI residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of L'Oréal employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.

2. Entrants must have internet access to be eligible for the prize draw.

3. Entrants must read and accept the website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement to be eligible.

4. No purchase is necessary.

5. Entry to the draw is free. Only one entry per person. Entries will only be accepted on the official online form.

6. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical problems.

7. Closing date is 31st October 2009. The prize draw will take place on 3rd Nobember 2009. L'Oréal reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw.

10. All winners will be notified by email 4 weeks after the competition closing date of 31st October 2009.

11. The prizes are as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.

12. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. Winners agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.

14. If a prize is declined or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
