Is micellar shampoo suitable for dry hair?

Is micellar shampoo suitable for dry hair?

You’ve probably heard of micellar water before, but what about micellar shampoo? Designed to attract impurities, pollution and grease, it effectively and gently cleanses the hair without weighing it down or stripping it of moisture. If you’re prone to breakage or suffer from dryness, this is where it gets interesting! When hair is dehydrated, it becomes brittle and weak which can lead to split ends and dullness. This is especially true if you colour your locks as the use of harsh chemicals can eventually take its toll.

Specially designed to revive dull lacklustre hair, our aromatic Aura Botanica Micellar Shampoo Riche is the latest addition to our natural haircare collection allowing those with dry, coloured or sensitised hair to experience the benefits of nature combined with the power and performance of Kérastase.

Formulated with 96% of natural origin ingredients it is enriched with responsibly-sourced Samoan Coconut, Moroccan Argan and Sweet Orange oils, and helps to nourish hair and significantly reduce frizz without any silicones, sulphates or parabens.

After cleansing with either the Micellar Shampoo or Micellar Shampoo Riche, always follow up with the Aura Botanica Soin Fondamental for deep conditioning and hydration. For best results, apply a small amount onto wet hair after shampooing and leave it to sink in for up to 5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly. For extra nourishment, mix in a few drops of Concentré Essentiel to your Soin Fondamental - its powerful formula contains a mix of natural oils for the kind of deep conditioning you can count on, whatever the season.
