The image of a wrong product
I have bought this bindle online and was expecting to receive Bain Stimuliste System regular (as advertised on the photo), but instead Bain Prevention Systeme pro-actif was posted to me.
Before buying I did online research and Stimulate was only available on Kerastse website so I paid full price. If I wanted to buy Systeme pro-actif I could have got it off other websites for less. I'm trying to return it and Kerastase is refusing to cover postage and is very slow to reply and suggest a mitigation. So overall unnecessary stressful experience.
