SMOOTH FIBRE = MORE SHINE
It’s essential to have an even hair surface, with well-aligned cuticles. This allows light to be reflected in the same direction, encouraging a stronger perception of brightness to the eye.
WELL-GROOMED CUTICLE = MORE SOFTNESS
Softness reflects the condition of the surface of the hair and, more specifically, the cuticles. A damaged cuticle has roughness on the surface of the fibre. The cuticles are raised, the hair clings and becomes rough to the touch.
WELL-PROTECTED HAIR = LESS FRIZZ
The ambient humidity directly acts on the hair’s properties, causing frizz. When hair is exposed to humidity, its geometric characteristics (fibre diameter, volume) and mechanical properties (ability to resist twisting) tend to change, and frizz appears.
FRENCH CAMELLIA OIL
This iconic oil is formulated from the French Camellia, delicately hand-harvested in Brittany, known for its nourishing, illuminating and softening powers. Infused in Elixir Ultime, our camellia is delicately extracted by a unique cold process to preserve its properties.
NUTRITIONAL OILS (MARULA OIL & WILD CAMELLIA OIL)
These oils are known to bring intense nourishment to highly damaged hair. Infused into Elixir Ultime, the formula helps to provide softness, elasticity and added shine to the hair.
PIERRE DE LUNE
The fragrance, created by a French perfumer, is inspired by oriental traditions. The mandarin and heliotrope accord expresses the brightness and the luminosity of precious oils.
