2. Unbox your new oil refill & plug it into the glass bottle​​​

Why isn't my hair shining?

Your hair's appearance depends on how its surface interacts with light, touch, and humidity. Here is how Elixir Ultime addresses these factors:

Aligned Hair = More Shine
When the hair’s surface (the cuticle) is smooth and well-aligned, it acts like a mirror, reflecting light in a single direction. This creates a strong, vibrant shine that the eye perceives as healthy and bright.

Conditioned Cuticle = More Smoothness
Smoothness depends on the condition of your cuticle. If the cuticle is damaged, it becomes raised and rough, creating "asperities" (bumps) that snag and feel coarse. Conditioning helps flatten these scales, making the hair feel silky to the touch.

Well-Coated Hair = Less Frizz
Frizz is often caused by humidity. When hair is exposed to moisture, it swells and changes its shape, leading to frizz. A protective coating helps seal the hair fibre, stabilizing it against these changes.

The Solution
The Elixir Ultime formula uses two gliding polymers to help align, smooth, and coat the hair, delivering on all three benefits at once.
