Good Shampoo
I am in my 60's and have thick mid length back hair and wash it 3 to 4 weeks. I have read the reviews and this is how I use it. Hair especially must be fully wet and I use a small amount rub it in my hands and then rub into my scalp. This shampoo does not initially lather well. I then apply another small amount to the rest of my hair as it is long. I then lightly rinse scalp and massage scalp again to achieve laver - it seems that this shampoo requires water to laver up well. I do the same with rest of my hair. Once this is done I then apply a 10p coins worth of shampoo all over and massage it in, a little more water may be necessary. I then leave it a couple of minutes before fully rinsing it out. Because of this process I only wash once. The shampoo is very concentrated and less is best in stages rather than a big blob. Make sure that the shampoo is fully rinsed out lifting the hair away from the scalp. I then either apply the chroma mask or the conditioner along with the chroma lactic acid rinse (which is amazing). I was my hair in the shower as have good water pressure. If the shampoo is not washed out well the hair, especially on and around the scalp area then the hair will be sticky and lifeless. I sometimes mix water with the shampoo to dilute it before application and rub between hands. Excellent results can be achieved but knowing what works best for your hair and scalp is essential. A bottle last me 6 months using it this way. I hope that this explaination has been useful. I do live in Wales UK and we do have good water!

Awful
Made my hair fall out in chunks. Left it nice and shiny, but at what cost. Took me a year to grow it back after switching to another professional brand.

Avoid! Make hair feel so greasy!
Usually love this brand. Tried this range for the first time and won’t be using it again. My hair felt cleaner before I washed it. Makes roots so, so greasy. Huge waste of money, and to be honest has put me off using the brand again. Only positive is it smells nice, other than that, awful product. Wish if listened to the precious reviews all saying the same.

I can’t understand the negative reviews. I have curly hair, and out of all the endless shampoos and conditioners I have used over the years, this is one of the rare ones that makes my hair feel amazing. I personally love the smell. My only criticism is the cost, the price is off the scale, so sometimes it is hard to justify it. However for now I will continue, as this product has brought my curls and hair condition back to life. I also dig. React to it on my scalp like so many others. Please don’t change or get rid of this Keratese

Probably the worst shampoo I ever tried. And all shampoo from kerastase it’s so rubbish . Tried so many different from kerastase and nothing great. Don’t want buy anymore. Rubbish

The overpowering smell makes me feel sick
The previous version of this range was brilliant (dark pink containers). I can’t use this anymore as the smell is overpowering and makes my eyes sting. With no other scent option I had to use another range which kills my colour faster

Absolutely awful product
So disappointed with wasting money on this and the conditioner after being recommended by my hairdresser after switching from the nutritive range. My hair feels oily at the roots yet dry and rough on the sensitized ends after using this. Doesn't clean your hair properly and doesn't put any hydration in. Even more worrying since using this my hair has started falling out at an alarming rate. Put me off wasting anymore money on this brand that I've been using for years.

Awful shampoo
Started using this 3 months ago along with the conditioner. It’s made my hair dry, dull and unmanageable. After washing my hair is difficult to style even with a recommended styling product. I’ve given sufficient time for this product to work before writing a review . Certainly not worth the price tag
