Not for meI purchased this because I am worried about hair loss. I've decided after only a couple of uses this is not for me. It smells so strong and has left my scalp feeling itchy and my hair feels dry. I've read other reviews similar to this so hopefully it's not just me

THE WORST SHAMPOO I'VE EVER USED!!I've been using this shampoo for the past three months during which time I've noticed that my hair started falling out like crazy (A HANDFUL AT EACH WASH!!!!) and after months of growing suspicion I checked online and this seems to be a very common issue with this range!!! I would not recommend this to my worst enemy!! I've literally lost a third of my hair volume in a matter of months!!!

Not good for scalpScalp was dry and itchy after use. The scent is overpowering which makes it feel very chemical. Disappointing for the price. Have contacted Kerastase but still no response after a week.

DO NOT USEMy hair have become so dry and break so much with this line of products that are damaged beyond repair. Line suggested first from the website for my type of hair and issue. Then because was making it way worse I’ve been suggested to use another product which I’ll not try as I can’t trust this brand anymore (I lost over 50% due to breakage since I begin using these products!) To avoid!

Good Shampoo But Causing Dry ScalpI started using this about 2 weeks ago, and I now have tiny, white scales falling from my head as I run my hand through my hair.
The shampoo feels great, but this side effect is really not ideal. I have asked for help, but Kerastase representative proposed only a £50 serum that COULD help. Fair to say that the customer service was not satisfactory.
I will probably have to stop using, unfortunately.

Quite disappointedI was recommended this brand by a friend. I followed the guidance on the website to find the ideal match for my hair. I've been struggling will quite significant hair fall and my hair is quite oily ( usually needs washing by the 3rd day).
I have been using this for a month now. The positives are that the product does seem to last quite a long time, I still have over half the bottle left. It does smell nice and in the past week or so I have noticed much less hair fall.
The down side is that this makes my hair unbelievably greasy. My hair is greasy and lank after only 5 or 6 hours, there's just no volume to it anymore which is something I've never struggled with. Luckily I work from home so have been avoiding washing it every day but it doesn't feel nice!
For the price paid I am really quite disappointed with this product.
